Christian Formation


The Christian Formation Program includes Sunday School for all ages, our Annual Parish Retreat at Shrine Mont, Diocesan youth retreats and summer camps, Vacation Bible School, confirmation class for youth, adult inquirers classes for adults, our annual Lenten series for all ages, junior and senior high youth groups, and our nursery. 


Sunday School

Meets 9:15–10:15 a.m. each Sunday, September through mid-June (except for the week between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day).


Sunday School classes this year are:


  • Nursery for infants and toddlers (ages 0-2).  Nursery care is provided during the Sunday School hour and the 10:30 a.m. service.  Our nursery is staffed by Liz Dlima, who is known and well-loved by our little ones.
  • Preschool Class (ages 2-4)
  • Lower Elementary Class (grades K-2)
  • Upper Elementary Class (grades 3-5)
  • Junior High Class (grades 6-8)
  • High School Class (grades 9-12)
  • Adult Lectionary Bible Study
  • Adult Discussion Group
  • Adult Inquirers Class
  • Practical Spirituality

Youth Groups


  • Junior EYC for grades 6-8

Meets on the first Sunday of each month from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The group has lunch, then works on learning or service activities.

  • Senior EYC for grades 9-12 

Meets on the second and fourth Sunday of each month at 12:30 p.m. in their basement EYC Room.  The group engages in social and learning activities and service to others.  Each year the Senior EYC participates in a 30-Hour Famine Program to raise money for relieving hunger around the world.
