Free School Physical and Back Pack

South County Health Department Offices in the Fairfax County Government Center on Richmond Highway in Alexandria

This outreach ministry is coming soon and you can be a part of it in many different ways and times. This will be the 17th year we have worked together to provide the needed school physical examinations to uninsured preschool through 6th grade children who will enter our county schools for the first time. Through your generosity we will be able to give each one a backpack of school supplies and also distribute school supplies to ECHO, Garfield, Crestwood and Lynbrook schools and two local family centers.

Combining the Springfield and the South County Physicals, this year the examinations will be held at the South County Health Department Offices in the Fairfax County Government Center on Richmond Highway in Alexandria. Children will receive dental and vision screening and other services not available at the smaller Springfield location.
