I am so very pleased to announce that during their Tuesday meeting, the Vestry voted to call the Rev. Carey Connors to serve as St. Christopher’s Rector and she agreed to fill this role. This means that after we complete a few final steps with the diocese to make it official, Carey will no longer be our “Priest-in-Charge” with a time-limited contract but will serve as the 8th Rector of St. Christopher’s Church. We will hold an installation service and celebration later this year. Please pray for Carey, the Vestry, and this congregation as together we begin a new chapter in the life of our beloved church home. Mary Johnson, Sr. Warden |
